Preparation and characterisation of Qingzhuan dark tea polysaccharide–zinc

چکیده

To produce Qingzhuan dark tea polysaccharide–zinc (TPS–Zn), polysaccharides (TPS) were isolated from and complexed with a zinc salt in the present study. The thermogravimetric analysis, molecular weight atomic absorption spectrum, Fourier transform infrared ultraviolet scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, mechanical microscope used for qualitative quantitative characterisation. findings demonstrated verified that complex reactions between ions TPS had occurred. After Zn2+ was modified, structure of became more stable. homogeneous composition did not comprise any nucleic acid or protein. It is supplement may be studied.
